Please note: If accepted as a vendor, you will be emailed a contract and invoice within the official email notification of your acceptance. This invoice must be paid electronically within 7 days to secure your spot. Spots are first come first served so if you do not pay within 7 days, you will have to send an email asking for resubmission.

6’x6’ Petite Booth – $350
8’x10’ Full Booth – $500 Early Bird / $750 Normal
8’x10’ Shared Booth** – $300 Early Bird / $500 Normal
16×10’ Double Booth – $1000 Early Bird / $1500 Normal

All booths will be furnished with a 6ft table, white/black linen, and 2 chairs. You are not required to utilize these items so please let us know if these items are not not needed. 

Vendors & Sponsors will have a 2 hours to set up their booths before the event and a 1 hour breakdown afterwards.

If you must cancel your participation, we offer full refunds up to 8 weeks before each market. If you cancel your participation on or after the 8 week cancellation deadlines, you forfeit your space and booth fee and we will not offer any refund.

*Refunds exclude any credit card processing fees

All vendors, sponsors, and service providers are required to be licensed and insured.  

Requirements change from city-to-city, so you should also investigate city-specific permit, license and sales tax requirements in relation to selling at events.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged products and we or the event space are not liable.
